Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in CodeForge programs, you agree to these terms and conditions. Enrollment is subject to application approval and payment of tuition fees.

Program Requirements

• Attend all scheduled sessions and complete assignments on time
• Participate actively in group projects and peer reviews
• Maintain academic integrity - no plagiarism or cheating
• Follow the code of conduct and treat others with respect
• Complete all program requirements for certification

Tuition & Refunds

• Full refund available within 7 days of program start
• 50% refund available within 14 days of program start
• No refunds after 14 days from program start
• Payment plans available for qualified students
• Income share agreements subject to separate terms

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lectures, code samples, and resources, are copyrighted by CodeForge. You may not distribute or share course materials without permission. Projects you create during the program are your own property.

Career Services

Career services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we maintain a high job placement rate, we do not guarantee employment. Job placement statistics are based on self-reported graduate outcomes.

Dismissal Policy

CodeForge reserves the right to dismiss students who violate the code of conduct, engage in academic dishonesty, or fail to meet program requirements. Dismissed students are not eligible for refunds.

Liability

CodeForge is not liable for career outcomes, salary levels, or employment decisions made by hiring partners. We provide education and career support, but ultimate career success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
